Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds or returns on beauty products, including (but not limited to):
Lip glosses & lip stains
Skincare items
Makeup (blushers, highlighters, etc.)
Any opened or used personal care products
This is to ensure all our customers receive items that are 100% new and unused.
✅ Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
If you were sent the wrong item, please message us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement.
All issues must be reported to ------ within the time frame with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photo/video proof where applicable
