FLCN Shop Policy for Damaged Items Won Through Games or Promotions
At FLCN Shop, we always strive to ensure that all items—whether purchased or won—arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that on rare occasions, a prize item may arrive damaged. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we handle such situations:
- Reporting the Damage
You must report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Please include the following:
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging
- Your name
- Date of the win or competition
- A brief description of the issue
2. Refusing Delivery Due to Damage
If you choose to refuse the package due to visible damage, please note:
- You will only be eligible for a replacement if the parcel is successfully returned to us by the courier
- If the item is not returned, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or any alternatives
3. Resolution Options
Once damage is confirmed and reported within the timeframe, and the item has been received or returned:
- We will replace the item, if stock is available

- An alternative prize of similar value
- A small goodwill voucher or gift card for future use
4. Limitations
- No cash refunds will be issued for items won through games, giveaways, or promotions
- If the item is clearly damaged after delivery due to misuse, we may not be able to offer a replacement
- Replacement times may vary depending on stock availability
